Contact Form Issues

  • Has anyone tried using a contact form on a page with this theme?

    This is what mine looks like on the screen shot link below. There is a problem with the email data box.

    I have tried two different contact forms and the problem is the same with both. So it doesn’t seem to be the form I am using, but something with this theme perhaps.
