Contact Form Issues

    Hi,
    I have two problems with contact form:
    1. After successfully submitting the form, screen jumps to the top of the page. You have to scroll down to contact form in order to see, that
    message was send successfully. What I can do in order to stay on the
    contact form seccion after submission?
    2. When I receive emails sent from contact form, in sender’s name it shows “me”, instead of the name, entered into name box in the contact form. Thats why most of my emails goes durectly to spam. What whould I change?

    It’s working on other browsers? Wow, that’s weird.

    I’m not getting time to fix it, but I still have it on my list and I haven’t forgotten about this one. I will get back to you soon. ??

    I’m using the last free version of Zerif Lite and I’m having a problem with the contact form. Maybe you can help me:

    The Contact form is not sending emails to my acount. I’ve been trying with three diferent e-mail adresseses and nothing happens.

    Have you ever heard about this issue.

    In contact us section in front page of zerif theme every thing is ok bur as soon as i send a mail its showing mail sent successfully but not received in my mail i check spam also but no such mails there guyz help me out

    Issues with the zerif-lite contact form…..

    Cannot type anything in the Name, Email or subject boxes? On pc.The message field works fine.

    All works fine on mobile, sends email fine.

    Have checked a few other sites using the theme & they too seem to have issues entering info in the Name, email & subject fields, other site, https://www.webstey.com

    Any help?

    I have tried all the avaiable plugins but still my godaddy account wont receive and emails.

    l can receive an email but, the email of the user is not showing up. Instead of the user`s email its showing my email

    I have two problem with my NovelLite Theme:

    1. As message sent, screen goes to top (homepage). I want to see back form section.
    2. I cannot receive emails after getting message “successfully sent”. I have given my email address both places in contact 7 form section and dashboard>setting>general>email.
