Contact Form Issue after WP 4.7 update

Hi

I’ve been using Contact Form 7
for a long time.

But after this recent update to WP 4.7
all the contact form are not functioning.

Almost 6 – 7 sites, I’ve no clue.

Some are the contact pages become blank
and the other the when you click the send button the
there is no effect.
