Contact form is not working on phone

  • Hello,

    Our contact form is only working on desktops, but on the mobile phone, it keeps loading forever
    we didn’t have Google ReCaptcha when the problem started but now we do.
    I tried to use the troubleshooting plugin but because the problem is only happening n the phone it wasn’t helpful.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Post SMTP.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    we can’t just do that in a live website and using the troubleshooting plugin is not working because it only affect the view on desktop not on the phone where the problem happens
