Contact Form is not working

Hi There,

My name is chirag panchal and i have one of my client’s website. Its url is https://ibginstitute.com/ and you can see “Register Now” Form. when i submit the form i get message for success but its not coming to my email address.

Please check and make sure why thus happens.
