Contact form is not working

If you try to enter your email address and sign up, you would notice the changed in address bar link.
Not really sure what to do.

This is normal, this anchor is added on form submission so that the page gets focused on the submitted form on page reload.
Can you elaborate on what could be improved ?

thanks for explaining. that helps. Yes I would suggest if this anchor can be changed into kind of id or something like ?id=123
Maybe the customers wont notice it too much.
Also whenever I enable the Google reCaptcha. The form does not work.
Any idea why?I enter both keys in the customizer and still it is not working.
About known issue about reCaptcha is that there can be a collision with another plugin using it, like Contact Form 7 for example.
I would recommend to follow those steps before you post your next reply :
- Use the latest software versions : make sure the Nimble Builder and your theme are up to date.
- Documentation : read our documentation and check our troubleshooting tips.
- Search the forum : use the search field on top of the topic list with keywords describing your issue. Another user may have had a similar problem already resolved.
- Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
- Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
- Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
When you do post, it helps if you include your system infos when creating your post. You’ll find them under Dashboard > Plugins > System Infos ( when the Nimble Builder plugin is active ).

Hello, I’m also experiencing the same problem (when recaptha is enabled contact form is not working).
If i disable recaptcha the contact form is working fine and after clicking submit button I get the “thank you” message and e-mail is sent.
If i enable recaptcha (v3) when I click submit the page basically reload again with the contact form in place with the fields still compiled, no messages (neither “thank you” nor errors) and the email is not sent. On the url there’s an anchor added like #__nimble__a8b686dcf7c1I have no other contact form plugins installed and the WP environment is pretty empty (installed a couple days ago with WP 5.4).
on my google recaptcha account the request number is still at zero so I guess the request never reached google.
