Contact Form is Fine But Not Password Reset Request

    The contact form can deliver messages to the form recipient but the site remains unable to email password reset link.

    Please assist, thank you!

    Hi @susansiow.

    Which SMTP server are you using? Also, do you have some errors displayed in the plugin log? Note you need to enable it in the settings first.

    Hi @alexanderfoxc,

    I am using Hostgator SMTP server, the log doesn’t show any error about the password reset request.
