contact form in mysql

  • Hello,
    im looking to find a contact form that helps to store input information into wp mysql data base so i can look and check at info from wp admin panel instead of get info in email

    is that possible ?

  • The contact form module in Jetpack, as well as emailing out, also saves the content (I assume to the database) and can be viewed from admin.
