Contact Form ignores given email address

Hi!

Shame no one answered so far…

Well, I tried googling some more and discovered, that the email is always sent to the page’s author.

Is there a solution for this?

You can customize the email address where the forms are sent thanks to the “Email Notifications” tab in the form builder:

Once you save your changes, and click on “Add this form to my post”, a new contact form shortcode will be generated that will include your custom email address.

This is exactly what I’ve done but it is simply ignored…

This is the code that was generated:

[contact-form to='[email protected]' subject='My Subject']

That should indeed work; the shortcode is correct.
