Contact form hang with spinning arrows

Hi!
we’re using on this website a simple contact form which works on most of the browsers and in every logged in browsers.In some versions of Chrome with caching enabled it shows spinning arrows and it doesn’t trigger any POST request.
Do have any idea of what can it be?
