Contact Form Group not Showing on IOS

Hello,

I am having trouble getting show conditionals for my group elements to work on iOS . The way it is set up at the moment is that upon selecting an option in a select field the group will show with it’s own select based on your chosen field.

This is working as expected on Windows Desktop across multiple browsers and on Android. On iOS though It is not reacting as expected across a number of browsers.
