Contact Form & field tabs not work when plugin installed

When the Add-on Contact Form 7 – MailPoet 3 is installed and activated, the field tabs in contact form 7 do not work.
That’s any of the tabs, incousing the Add-on Contact Form 7 – MailPoet 3 tabs.
The tabs become completely inaccessible.
But the standard tabs return to their normal function when Add-on Contact Form 7 – MailPoet 3 is disabled.
I tried disabling all plugins except Mailpoet, Cotact Form 7 and your plugin. But I had the same issue.
Is there a fix?

I have the exact problem. Additionally, when I add the required line for mailpoet subscription manually in my contact form the page where the form is shows an error.
Here is my setup:
WP 6.6.1
Mailpoet 5.0.1
CF7 5.9.8
Your plugin 1.3.21 (latest version but shown as not compatible with this WP version!)My page is https://www.lander-borg.de/kursker-schlacht-buecherstall/ but due to the problem described above I have put a simple checkbox instead and disabled your plugin. So, now I must add subscribers manually, unfortunately.
Here is the php error caused when calling the website with the CF7 form with the mailpoet subscription field included:
