Contact Form failure

Hi all, my contact submission forms have been dysfunctional for sometime. A site visitor can submit photos, but the emails I receive have none of the data they inputted in the form. All I see is, “[your-subject]” & “[your-message]” in the body of the email.

I tried reverting to the standard 2023 Theme and the behavior did not change. Can anyone offer a solution?
