Contact Form error

Hello there,
I’ve been using Contact Form 7 on a site that I built with wordpress.
The contact forms can be found at
https://www.carlylovesamos.com/say-hello/The Wedding contact form works great, but the Portrait form has an issue. It fails to send every time. Is there something different I can do to fix this? Is it because there are two contact forms on the same page?
