    Hello,
    I just set up a hubspot account and activated this plugin and the woocommerce/hubspot plugin.

    I set up a simple contact form and sent myself a couple of messages.

    What I was expecting (as with other contact forms):
    -Customer sends message via contact form.
    -Message arrives at my company email inbox.
    -I reply as normal.

    What actually happens:
    -Customer sends massage via contact form.
    -I receive a notification from hubspot regarding the message,
    -but no message itself.

    So, I follow the link in the notification email to hubspot
    but cannot find any way to reply to the message.

    Are these messages supposed to come to me, or stay in hubspot?
    Either way, I still can’t reply.

    I know I am missing something obvious, but I was up all night finding a fix for the failure to connect issue so I’m a bit frazzled.

    Every time a user submit your contact form it will automatically be registered in your CRM.

    If you want to follow up with that user you have two immediate options:

    1. You can automate a follow up email on every submission. For that, you only need to got to the form you have created and click on Edit. At the top of the screen you will see a tab called “Follow up” there you can create a follow up email.

    2. If you click on “View submission” link on the email you received, it will open your new created contact record. In there you will see the option to also send an email to the user.
