    I’ve setup all of the options the way I want them and the plugin is sending the contact form email. But for some strange reason, it doesn’t include the message field information in the email.

    Do you know of a fix for this?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I just noticed that the message field is the only field that when clicked on, has a blue outline. The name, email and subject fields do not display the blue outline when clicked on.

    I had to insert the following css to get the form to work like I wanted.

    .pirate_forms_thankyou_wrap p {
    color: #458B00 !important;
    }
    .contact_message_wrap{
    clear: both !important;
    }
    .pirate-forms-submit-button{
    float:left !important;
    }

    Do I need to make more css edits?

    Can someone please respond to this support posting?

    If I can’t receive a reply soon, I’ll have to uninstall this plugin, because I can’t have a form on my website that I can’t receive information from.

    After the last update, my fields do not show up in submitted messages. Not getting the submissions. Please help. https://www.bentleyvilleusa.org

    Support,

    I figured this one out myself! On the Field Labels tab under settings, scroll down to the last section that allows you to edit things such as (email content & magic tags) on the right.

    On default install there was NO MESSAGE inserted, so the plugin was not displaying the form’s message in the email sent.

    Once I set the magic tag to include “message” I could then see the message. So now my setup looks like this:

    IP address: {ip}
    Sent from page: {permalink}
    Name: {name}
    Message: {message}

    Problem solved!

    Hi NetMonkey – not seeing the magic tags you described. I have paid for the pro version. Any insight? I’ve looked in both the general setting and the forms settings (both have Field Labels options).

    Go to settings, field labels, scroll down and look for what you can edit as seen in the pic link below:

    Ok, I have multiple forms. It looks like that may be the global settings for the plugin. That aspect of my contact form is working great! I have another form where people can add names to Santa’s Naughty and Nice Lists, but the names people enter are not being received.

    Not sure if I can help with that. Since you’ve bought the Pro version, you get priority support from the developer’s website, not here. This is only for the free version.

    You need to go to their website for support.

    Yeah – still waiting on them. They make you get the Pirate Parrot so that they can easily get access to the plugin settings.
