Contact Form Email Missing

    Hi there,

    So I’ve just finished setting up my contact form. It works great, but I’ve noticed that when the confirmation email comes through to the entry section, or into the designated email, I am unable to see who the sender is.

    This is an issue, as I’m going to need to respond to clients, and I currently cannot see who the sender is.

    Please see image to see what I mean, as the email section should have the senders info.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I understand the issue you are having. The problem happens if the user auto-fills the data instead of clicking the form field. I have reproduced the issue and our dev teams are working to resolve this issue. Hopefully, It will be fixed soon. Till then stay tuned.

    However, If you need the solution on an urgent basis, please follow this video and make changes accordingly. I hope it will help. Use this solution till we release another update.
