Contact form doesn't shows hidden fields created by embedded video recorder.

Hi, I’m using a webcam recording widget in my site.
developer of the video recorder told me to place the embeding code inside a form to receive a user email and name. And also he said video recorder will automatically creates a hidden field in the form which will have url to the recorded video when it’s submitted.

Main problem is when I placed embedded code inside contact form 7.
It only send user email and name to my email. Without url to recorded video. Is their any way to fix this? Is there any other contact form plugins which will work ?
