contact form doesn't show up

Hello, I’ve installed your amazing plugin on my website https://www.paysagiste-strasbourg.alsace but it seems formular doesn’t show up first time we go to the contact page, it appears only after refreshing the page, is it normal? thanks, I have wordpress 3.4.2 because the template is only compatible with this version.
