Contact Form doesn't forward message to my email

Hello this has been happening for a while, I’m just only getting round to fixing it. When a user submits a message via the contact form, my email just sends the info below to me. I have no way of finding out what they are inquiring. Is it something to do with the settings?
From: [your-name] <[email protected]>
Subject: Mulberry StreetMessage Body:
[your-message]—
This e-mail was sent from a contact form on MYSITE (https://MYSITE.com)
