Contact Form does not submit

    The contact form has not been working on our website since the last WooCommerce update. All plugins are up to date and we have tested all plugins and settings in source code. All looks good and should works correctly however the form does not submit. In particular we are using it to enter customer details for the waitlist. It seems many people have the same issue, could you please advise asap.

    I just tried the two forms you have in the single product page: “Send Hint” and “Join waitlist”. The first works (here’s a screenshot of the mail a received), but the second one doesn’t. So I think the problem is not caused by Contact Form 7, but by some extension you are using with it.

    Looking at the browser console, I see that there is an error with a file related to MailChimp. This file may be related to some Mailchimp newsletter extension plugin for Contact Form 7. You can try to fix the code by yourself or changing the plugin for another that does the same thing. Here’s one that I used before and works very well: Contact Form 7 Extension For Mailchimp.

    Hi Yordan.

    Thanks for your message but I’ve tried installing this and it still does not appear to work. The email is sent through WooCommerce, not via Mailchimp so this is probably the issue. “Sent Hint’ Works and it is sent via Mailchimp/Mandrill. “Waitlist” is with WooCommerce, so I don’t think this is the issue.

    Could you please advise?
