Contact form does not appear on page

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

    Well, over half of my plugin are not showing up on my plugins list or when I search for them. I do not know what has happened all of the sudden, but it is like it has gone bezerk. I’m wondering if it is my Jetpack.
