Contact form displays text not forms

    When attempting to add a “contact us” form on the page via the, Add Contact Form feature it displays the plain text and not a form with submit button

    The following below is what’s displayed on the screen

    Hi,

    The free version does not support shortcode because shortcodes can sometimes cause conflicts and we want the free version to be as stable as possible.

    We do support shortcodes however in the Pro Version, go to https://www.seedprod.com to learn more about it.
