Contact form delivers wrong "from" email address

I’ve noticed when testing the contact form, that the “from” address is [email protected] instead of the email used in the form. The “reply-to” is the email used in the form, but since I use Gmail, it seems all messages sent using the contact form get sent into one conversation since it is being sent from [email protected] instead of that specific contact.

Am I doing something wrong? How can I make it so the “from” email is the email put into the form?
