Contact Form DB is not saving forms input fields data

    I am new in this forum.So please i beg your pardon in advance for any mistake.

    My problem is I am using Contact Form 7 and also using Contact Form DB for database. But the Contact form DB is not saving or importing all fields data in the form. It just saving few of them. Here is the form link https://homebuyingcenter.us/my-offer/
