Contact form data denied

    Hi I’m getting a lot of legitimate form entries marked as Spam for reason: ‘Contact form data denied’. Elementor-based form.

    We do have two domains pointing to the same landing page. Not sure if that matters.

    Hello,

    We have made some fixes. Could you try this version?

    – Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.

    – Find the plugin “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.

    – After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.

    – Download the plugin archive from the link above.

    – Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.

    – Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.

    Then please do the following:

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Off —> Save Changes.

    Clear all cache on your site.

    Just followed the steps. Will see if it works. This may or may not be related, but after saving I saw this error on the Advanced Settings page. I don’t recall seeing this before:

    I’m not seeing the above error any more, so maybe that’s fine.

    Excellent. Most likely, it was a temporary failure of the cron task.

    And I hope the issue with false positives won’t bother you anymore.
