Contact form Connection issue

    Hi i have a multisite setup. I am trying to link Contact form 7 in CTA popup with zoho. But when i submit form then form is submitted but values not coming to zoho CRM. But Same plugin i test on other website ( not multisite) then it works fine .

    Is this issue is because of multisite ?

    Please update me about that issue.
