FAQ > Nothing shows up in the email, even after adding a tag to the form! How can I include a new field’s input in the email?

I am having the same problem here. I have the form set up with the tags and emails are being received OK and the data is being fed into Flamingo perfectly.

The emails we receive though have blank headers. No name, email or message body text

I have the tags in the mail tab set as per your link above but nothing is being sent through.

I got the same issue, even though I entered the tags, the email is only showing these exact tags but not the content that was put into those field.

I am having a similar issue. It never happened before.
The email field is required on my form but when I receive the email, nothing shows on the email field.My form configuration is https://imgur.com/a/WFZZlej

Other fields show up fine.

Also, when I check the email, the from name on the email header says “Note To Self” and the to and from email are displayed as the same on my email https://imgur.com/a/jwJ9a7p.
