Contact form chechboxes doesn’t show in the front end

the Contact Form integration is ON, but it doesn’t show in the front-end.
Any suggestion?
Before the last update, the checkbox worked well.Installed version: v2.0.12

Ok, I think I found the problem.
I had to add this code[wpgdprc “By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website.”]
In the contact form module.
But, now, the received message
FROM: [your-name] <[your-email]>
OBJECT: [your-subject]
PHONE NUMBER: [your-phone]
[wpgdprc]shows me this:

GDPR accepted on:
Not accepted.
—————Why “not accepted?
In the front end Contact page, the checkbox if checked.
Can you help me?
