Contact Form Can’t Submit

  • Hi, just today the website got a complaint from a customer that the email form wasn’t working. When I test it, it puts up this error:

    “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    It has a red border around it, which means the message is failing to get through, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot the issue further and resolve it. As far as I know, no new apps have been installed recently, so I’m unsure what’s causing the contact form to fail. Is there someone who can help me out?

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    Hi, the same problem !!!

    No other plugins on Board!
    Contact Form 7 Version 4.9
    Theme Twenty ThirteenVersion: 2.2
    Wordpress 4.8.1
    — also with 2 others WordPress Sites —
    Suddenly it does not work anymore
    Is there a solution?
