Contact form can’t be sent (500 error)

  • Hello,

    CF7 no longer works on my site. When I press the “send” button, it either turns around or indicates an error message.

    I had added Paypal & Stripe Addons, which was working on Wednesday, but since Thursday it no longer works. In the meantime, I installed Hummingbird, so I thought it was related to this plugin, I deleted it and deleted all the leftovers on my FTP, but the error persists. I also disabled the theme and all the other plugins, but the error still remains. I’ve read that there could be some issues with All in one WP security, but the options for user enumeration & rest api are disabled.

    In the console, it is indicated: [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) (feedback, line 0)

    I also checked the error log and it said “The id property is no longer accessible. Instead, it uses the id () method. ” but I don’t understand what that implies.

    I’ve been looking for more than 3 days and I don’t understand! If anyone could help me he would be my hero !!!!!

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I had already done that, but I did again, and even when I did CF7 doesn’t work.
    So what can I do next?

    Hi, Could you please help me? If the error persists even when all plugins are deactivated and with default theme, it’s probably an error from CF7. I would need support on this, I can’t be the one to have experienced this error…
