    We have a Contact Us form on our website built with Formidable Forms. We have had a marked increase in Spam submissions over the past few months. In trying to troubleshoot this, I noticed that in the Formidable Dashboard/Entries, it is only showing 4 submissions over the past few months, yet we have received dozens of SPAM submissions seemingly via the Contact Us form. What am I missing?? Thank you.

    I understand the issue with the increase in spam submissions through your Contact Us form can be quite troublesome. It’s important to ensure that your forms have the necessary spam protection measures in place.

    Given that you’re seeing fewer entries in your Formidable Dashboard than the number of spam submissions received, this would indicate that emails are being sent before form validation is completed.

    This should be impossible, but I have seen cases where over-enthusiastic cache/minification plugins have fundamentally changed the way code runs on a site and caused strange issues like this.

    I can see that your site is heavily cached and minimized, so I would recommend deactivating this to test if that resolves your issue.
