Contact Form Bug

  • When I tested my contact form to see if it would send me email, it did not.
    I then looked at the mail tab to see if I could spot any errors
    This is what I saw. This is the latest version of what I have.

    From jerome greene <[email protected]>
    This email address does not belong to the same
    domain as the site.     How to correct this?

    Subject Jerome Greene’s Blog “subject”
    Additional Headers Reply-To: [email protected]
    Message Body From: [name] <[email]>
    Subject: [subject]

    Contact Form Version — 4.5
    Domain Email Address — [email protected]
