Contact form and weird accents

Hi there,

I receive emails sent via your contact form but with weird accents (instead of French accents).
And yet my wp-config is set as follows: define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’);

Instead of “AO?T $￡€”, I get “ao??t $?￡a??” as a message.

Why am I having this major problem please?
