Your plugin isn’t finished installing yet (slow satellite connection), so maybe it will work after it gets on the site! I added it in code on the above page, below the telephone number as:

<?php [si-contact-form form=’1′] ?>

Is that correct??? Thanks for your help, I’m pretty geeky with PHP.

Nevermind on the above question. I’ve got it installed and it works great!
