Contact Form 7 Version 3.0 doesn't send email

Hi Takayuki Miyoshi.
I’ve installed your Contact Form 7 plugin on https://kmany.com. However, it doesn’t send any email. Please help what I should do?Is this possible that to set smpt settings for all outgoing emails and to define specific email address to receive for all comments.
Any suggestion?
