Contact Form 7 v5.1 is broken?

Are you using the current version of CF7 (v5.1) or was yours rolled back?

I have tested with CF7 v5.1 and found it working.

Nice to know, but…

using your plugin, there is only one means to get a Google reCaptcha badge (widget) to appear with a CF7 contact form and that is use the shortcode [recaptcha] in the form settings. When the shortcode is used, along with your plugin and it’s settings with the proper keys, the Google widget does not appear at all. Instead the shortcode syntax [recaptcha] shows as text output instead.

Can you explain why recaptcha version 2 failed to work, in terms of the badge (widget) appearing?

This plugin uses [anr_nocaptcha g-recaptcha-response] to show captcha in your CF7 form. Use this shortcode instead.

Ok, that worked, I tested it using v2 reCaptcha, the CF7 form worked well with your plugin and showed the reCaptcha widget.

Now comes a very important suggestion

Please output (show) your reCaptcha short-code for CF7 in your plugin.

Sometimes, CF7 add-on plugins generate a shortcode button right in the CF7 form builder so it is easy to see and insert. It could go there or just show it in your own settings, so others can copy it to insert into the form.
