• Hi everyone, bit of an urgent issue here.

Our website hosts webinars. We have a landing page where interested people can simply use the Contact-Forms-7 form for the respective webinar. After inputting their details, they’d get an email confirmation (usually in their spam) regarding the webinar. As the admin, I would also get an email informing me of each signup.
However, during last week’s promotion, I noticed a low number of signups. After giving the contact form a test, I received neither the user-side confirmation email nor the admin-side confirmation email.

This is obviously a huge problem as we don’t know who registered and who didn’t (Only found out about flamingo now, which I will start using)

What could have caused contact forms to no longer work? I noticed it was not up-to-date yet however after the update it still refuses to work as intended. I use honeypot and reCaptcha as well. This is the first time this issue has ever happened. Any help at all would be hugely appreciated.

EDIT: I have to add that since installing Flamingo, my test emails are in fact showing in the Flamingo inbox, just not in my personal inbox or spam.

EDIT2: Tried testing registration with my personal gmail rather than company email and I did receive a client-side confirmation. But still no admin-side confirmation.

    Thanks
