Contact Form 7 Upload File Renders VERY differently in IE

  • I have a form that has a rendering bug in I.E.

    The form has as one of its fields an Upload File button which is used to submit a resume.

    In FF, Chrome, Safari on laptop and desktop as well as android and iOS the form renders perfectly. In IE 11 there is box that appears at the side of “Browse” button. It looks like an text input field but when you click in the area it engages the dialog box. So it functions the same but it is BUTT UGLY.

    Has anyone else encountered this and what is the remedy or CSS fix that would address this?

    If you go to IE and compare to FF or Chrome, it is immediately evident there is a difference in the page rendering of that element.
