Contact Form 7 support?

I have a multisite project with 16 forms x 45 miltisites, and I need to propagate changes for a form (when I update form text for example) to all multisites. Can this plugin do it?

It says in the description that it supports Contact Form 7. How would it work? Can I duplicate forms form the CF7 interface, or MPD interface? Does it do it once and creates a new copy every time, or will it “sync” a form if I duplicate a form that has already be duplicated?
