Contact Form 7 style submitted email

Hello. I’m using Contact Form 7 and I’d like to style the email I’m getting from my form. I set up everything with the mail tags, but I’d like to have some bold text on the email, for instance. Something like this:

<b>PERSON</b>
Name: [your-name]
Age: [your-age]

<b>JOB</b>
Title: [your-job-title]

etc.

Is this possible? Thank you.
