Contact form 7 slow submit and always reloads page scrolling to top after submit

  • Hi,

    We would like to ask help with the following issue:

    1. Slow submit of forms – takes 10+ seconds to submit. Is it possible to make it send Async? how can we do that?

    2. Page reloads and scroll to top after submitting – is it possible to use ajax and how can we do this one?

    You are using WordPress 4.7.15 and Contact Form 7 4.9. Is there any reason to keep such old versions?

    Our client don’t want to update wordpress version and contact form 7 because of compatibility issues with other plugins that might come up that will display more issues. And we are using recaptcha v2.

    Update WordPress, all the plugins, and the theme. Deactivate plugins that cause issues with the latest WordPress.

    Does updating the plugins and wordpress to its latest version will solve our issues or not?
