Contact Form 7 Signature Addon-problem

  • when the signature field is on (required) status, then I need to click submit twice in order for the form to be sent to my email (with the signature inside). The first time of click the submission button appears an orange empty line below submit button for some reason. On the other hand when the (required) filled of the signature is deselected, the form can be send from the first submission click but the signature image is not sent. The email is coming only with the rest data of form without the signature.

    Any help please?

    @schot have you tried the misfit version, referenced earlier in this thread?

    Hi everyone, I have a problem with the plugin on a site where I am using it.
    When I sign the document, the signature is not shown on the pdf file. can anyone tell me what I can do ???
    I’ve been trying since this morning but can’t solve.
    I’m using the Version 4.2.2

    Are you using the misfit version or the wp repository version? If the latter, try the former (delete whole plugin and upload misfit version).

    where do i find the misfit version?

    I found the version you tell me. I uninstalled and deleted the old plugin. installed the version you tell me but it keeps giving me the same problem. I don’t see the signature on the attached pdf file

    “pdf”. Did you mean “png”? (presume yes).

    Is the PNG attached at all? If so, what does it look like?

    So I create a pdf file where through PDF WITH CF7 and insert the signature with the string <img src="[signature-65]" /> but instead of the signature I see a symbol

    This plugin sends the signature as a png attachment. That’s why nothing appears on the pdf

    So, I have already used this plugin on another site and it worked without problems. through the string I wrote to you before it is interpreted in html by the plugin that takes care of the creation of the pdf file and embeds the signature. I’m just wondering why it’s not working here!

    WORKS! I got a doubt and it was actually as I thought! I was in staging, now I have copied the site in the root and it works!

    in the email section of cf7 have you configured the attachment section? you must indicate the name of the control with which you select the file and insert the name in square brackets.
