contact form 7 sends but I receive a error message

  • I have created a custom contact form 7 which I use another plugin (zoho) to send that information to my CRM zoho dashboard.

    My issue is this, I receive the error message / failed message after I press submit. However, all the information actually gets sent.

    How can I troubleshoot this issue?
