• The single field form is on the footer of our website. The form was working fine until March 26. We did an update of the Contact Form 7 plug-in on March 23. Since March 26 this single field form has been sending multiple emails associated to this form when someone submits it. We are using WP Mail SMTP and our Office 365 as the email provider. I am not sure what is causing the form to send multiple emails to the same recipient. I looked at a support area but the article that came up. I don’t think will fix my issue and I am not sure how to implement the JavaScript it mentions.

    Thanks!

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

Sorry email notification went to spam folder. I have the mail tab set very similar to the example in your link.

To: have our email address that the form data goes to when emailed
From: [your-name] <email that is the same as our domain>
Subject: [your-subject] Please add me to your mailing list
    Additional Headers: Reply-To: {your-email]
Message body: text that we want to appear in email body

That is all we have set. I don’t have anything else checked or file attachments.

    Thank you,
    Sean
