Contact Form 7 screws up admin stuff

  • Contact Form 7 is screwing up my admin controls and causing widespread errors and partial-loading of various admin pages. I found a temporary fix, but every time I make a new post, I have to do the following.

    TEMPORARY FIX:

    1. Deleting the “contact-form-7” plugin folder.
    2. Go to the plugin page and reload the plugin page
    3. Reupload the plugin and re-activate the plugin.

    If I then add another new post after this process, everything goes buggo again and I have to redo the process I just mentioned.

    Plus, things like changing permalink structures also seems to be in conflict with Contact Form 7.

    Very confusing.

    I understand this is not normal. But does anyone have suggestions for how I might permanently solve the problem?
