contact form 7 radio box

Hi,

I can’t seem to get the little radio circles to show when trying to add options to my contact form seven. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

This is the code I am using:

<p>Do You Have Pet(s)? (required)
[radio radio-667 use_label_element “Yes” “No”]

I want there to be radio buttons beside yes and then no.

Any assistance to fix this would be great. ??
