Contact Form 7 – popup-menu to select a second email-address

The default email field is “your-email” that is used for the person that fills the form.
But I need another email field that I can put in the “To” field in the “E-Mail” part of the Form.
Now, I need to select email in the form with a popup-menu.
Example:
To which person do you want to send your request ?
[select support-email “User1|[email protected]” “User2|[email protected]”]
Problem:
When putting “[support-email]” in the To-field, Contact Form 7 indicates an error.
If I put “your-email” it is accepted.
Also how can I use the email selected in the popup as destination address of the form?
