Contact Form 7 Plugin Disables Maintenance Plugin

  • The plugin named “Maintenance” will not work properly when the current version (4.6) of Contact Form 7 is activated in WordPress.

    What occurs is the maintenance page does not load. Only the background color for the maintenance page shows.

    When the plugin “Contact Form 7” is deactivated, the Maintenance plugin works.

    Both “Contact Form 7” and “Maintenance” plugins are popular plugins and should not conflict with each other.

  • Yeah, same problem here.
    I’m using maintenance plugin with wpcf7 for deploy a cooming soon one page with contact form included.
    Just before stage for deploy I upgrade the Contact Forms 7 plugin and whops, failed to load ??

    It has been downgraded to version 4.5.1.

    The Maintenance plugin has been updated by the author to version 3.2, this solves the problem.
    Thanks to the work of the authors of Contact Form 7 and Maintenance.
