Contact Form 7 Plugin

I am using the newest version of Contact Form 7 and the newest version of Word Press. I want to be able to give the website visitors a way to upload an image and audio file. I prefer no limits on the size of either image or audio file or not less than 10 meg for each. How best to accomplish that task — I would prefer something easy like Contact Form 7 if the file size is not going to be an issue? Can you send me the actual code to build a link for the FTP upload or tell me which plugin I can use to accomplish the two uploads. The image can be any of the popular formats and the audio file MP3.
